Your lymphatic system and fascia are two of the most important—most overlooked—systems in the body. They work together to support fluid movement, immune function, circulation, tissue health and overall wellness.

The lymphatic system is responsible for collecting excess fluid, cellular waste, toxins and immune debris from tissues and returning them to circulation for processing and elimination. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system does not have a pump. Instead, it relies on movement, breathing, muscle activity, and healthy fascia to keep lymph flowing.

Fascia is the body’s continuous connective tissue network that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, nerve, blood vessel, and lymphatic vessel. This of fascia as the environment through which lymph moves.
