Hi, I’m Gina.

I’m a Certified Lymphatic Enhancement Therapist, wife, homeschool mom, and someone who genuinely believes that taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel complicated, intimidating, or out of reach.

My journey into lymphatic wellness came from a desire to better understand the body and the incredible way God designed it to function. The more I learned about the lymphatic system, fascia, and the body’s natural ability to restore and repair, the more passionate I became about helping others experience that same sense of care and connection.

At Refined Lymphatics, I combine machine-assisted lymphatic therapy with hands-on fascia work to create sessions that are intentional, calming, and personalized to you. I’m continuing my education in fascia release and plan to expand my training into emotional release and breathwork as I continue growing in this field.

But more than certifications and techniques, I want you to feel comfortable with me.

You don’t have to know anything about your lymphatic system before you walk through my door. You don’t have to have everything figured out. And you certainly don’t need to feel like just another appointment on a schedule.

I want you to feel heard, cared for, and safe enough to slow down for a little while.

My faith is an important part of who I am. I have deep gratitude and respect for the way God designed the human body, intricate and beautiful. I approach each session with prayerful intention, compassion and genuine care for the person in front of me.

As a homeschool mom of eight, I understand how easy it is to spend your days taking care of everyone else and put yourself somewhere at the bottom of the list. I know what it feels like to be busy, tired, overwhelmed, and still keep going.

That’s one of the reasons God blessed me with this opportunity to create Refined Lymphatics.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about giving your body—and yourself—a little more attention, a little more care, and a place to simply breathe.

My goal is simple: to help you feel restored, refreshed, and cared for from the inside out.
